1. General

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of tickets and merchandise by The Promise (“The Promise,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By making a purchase through our website, box office, or other authorized outlets, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Tickets

  • All sales finalNo refunds or cancellations will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to illness, weather conditions, or scheduling conflicts.
  • Date changesIf you become unable to attend a performance, please call us within 72 hours of your performance date and we will move your reservation to another performance date one time free of charge. No refunds will be issued.
  • Lost or stolenLost or stolen tickets cannot be reissued or exchanged if they have already been used.
  • EntryEntry to performances is subject to venue policies and availability. Late arrivals may be seated at the discretion of the house manager and may not be seated in their assigned seats until intermission (if applicable).
  • ChangesPerformances, dates, times, and seating are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Merchandise

All merchandise sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided unless the product is defective upon receipt.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@thepromisetexas.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a replacement or resolution.

4. Cancellation or postponement of performances

In the rare event that a performance is canceled or postponed by The Promise, we will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders and may offer exchanges or credits at our sole discretion. Refunds will not be issued.

5. Limitation of liability

The Promise is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your purchase or attendance at a performance. Your sole remedy is limited to those expressly provided in these Terms.

6. Use of personal information

By purchasing from us, you agree that your contact and payment information may be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal data without your consent.

7. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
